I have Photoshop Elements 4.0 and would really like to learn more about how to use it and such, but all the tutorials I find are for Photoshop and most of the steps do not work in PSE.What's a good website with Photoshop ELEMENTS tutorials?

My basic PS tutorial was built with Elements 4, so it should work for you.
It doesn't include a lot of tricks and ';cool'; stuff, or manipulations because it was designed for photographers who just need the basic steps to optimizing a photo.

The Adobe site has tutorials, but they're so long winded... ugh. However they cover everything. Other sites will really just cover what that individual has specialized in.
