OH MY GOD! you are so lucky I found this question! haha all you have to do is go to http://www.youtube.com/markcrilley and he has tutorials on paper on how to draw the eyes the clothing, hands (i think), hair, head shape, how to draw cute chibi characters, emotions, and I think even how to create a comic because he is the creator of the manga book mikki falls and its illustrations are better than most manga books i have read :) good luck on your drawings! ^__^What website gives step by step tutorials on how to draw anime characters?

In my opinion, you will need months,or maybe years of experience in drawing anime before you can do it good.It's like learning how to type fast-Your hands need to get used to doing these types of things such as the hair or eyes.





There is no particular way to draw anime though, it's best to draw anime in your own way instead. But you can look on tutorials on gradation shading or doing pen pressure wich are components of making anime.
