There are a number of websites I can name but one of the best has to be mangatutorials.com. They tell you how to draw people, places, weapons, clothing, and a lot more. If that doesn't help you, you should take a trip to the Barnes and Noble booksellers sometime and look for books that show you how to draw manga.
