I like photoshop, but cant take advantage of its cababilities/What is the best website for cool photoshop tricks/ tutorials.?
The Deviantart.com website has some amazing artists and there is a separate tutorial section where you can find easy tuts on everything from ';how to paint glowing objects'; to ';how to trace anime character hair';. It's cool because some artists have skills that they explain very well.

crank the contrast and the hue, then chop out sections of the screen and give them different saturations.
