try searching google for images and youtube for some tutorials
if you want party-ish make up try looking for halloween make up stuff.....besides the scary stuff i mean
even try make up company websites! that always has tips and stuff

although I know one girl on YouTube who does alot of makeup tutorials. Her YouTube name is panacea81. Look her up on YouTube and there's alot you'll find she can do..
