It really depends on what features you want to offer on your site and how you want to present your tutorials.

I've been through the mill web-wise, trying hosting, building bits myself, using designers etc.
Thing is... it's relatively easy to buy some cheap web hosting, get a designer to build you a site (or do it yourself template style), and get it looking lovely.
But the challenge - particularly if you plan to sell/make money online - is ensuring it gets noticed; namely traffic.
I have a pasta website myself (http://www.pasta-recipes-made-easy.com), which has been up 7 months and received 8500 thousand unique visitors last month. I'm pleased with that, and loving the content/site building process.
The reason though? I'm a technical wizard? Nope. Have I great web experience? Nope. I've a passion for my topic and I'm using a great online system I found, called Site Build It.
This is far from Get Rich Quick, so if you're not willing to put in business-building work Mr., I wouldn't go near it. But that doesn't sound to be the case. Therefore it's probably worth looking into...
I found the system perfect for those of us who remain 'in the dark'. But you're not in the dark for long...
The rough idea is that everyone has a passion, or knowledge of a particular topic (this could be anything - teaching kids how to ice skate, how to cook pasta (mine), how to make kids' toys, how to Google better, whatever).
Site Build It - helps you:
- Create, step by step (real tortoise style), a niche website based on your passion
- Create engaging, keyword-optimised content about this
- Attract traffic to the site (which, quite honestly, just keeps on growing if you do it right)
- And finally, find various ways in which to 'monetise' that traffic.

For an FTP program, use FileZilla. FileZilla is free and is what I have used for years.
If you want to easily edit your site without having to do any coding, I would recommend getting a CMS (Content Management System) such as Joomla.
Depending on what you want your website to do, you can find a lot of tools and resources for free. for FTP just google FileZilla, It's the best I've ever used and it's free. For graphic design try GIMP, it's very robust and it's also free. For html editors you can use NVU, or Kompozer, both free.

But the challenge - particularly if you plan to sell/make money online - is ensuring it gets noticed; namely traffic.
I have a pasta website myself (http://www.pasta-recipes-made-easy.com), which has been up 7 months and received 8500 thousand unique visitors last month. I'm pleased with that, and loving the content/site building process.
The reason though? I'm a technical wizard? Nope. Have I great web experience? Nope. I've a passion for my topic and I'm using a great online system I found, called Site Build It.
This is far from Get Rich Quick, so if you're not willing to put in business-building work Mr., I wouldn't go near it. But that doesn't sound to be the case. Therefore it's probably worth looking into...

A good idea I'd recommend for in-game is to find a guild willing to help new players out and answer questions. On most servers, you'll find a couple such guilds. If not, make a couple friends, and learn what you can from them.
I learned virtually all I know about WoW entirely in-game, including end-game raiding for both expansions. It all depends on who you know. MMOs are all about the people, and indeed, the best way to learn about it is to make some friends and play along with them.
If I were you i would go out and find a good guild which is bent on helping each other level up.Most of them will help you quest,lend you some gold (after you get enough trust anyways).I have played the game for about the past year so I know about this :) Oh and you can also make some friends on there that know what there doing,I'd prefer higher level friends or people with mains( level atleast 30-80) And also there really isn't a way way to MASTER the game.But I learned by myself through time.But after you reach a high level you will....I guess master the game so....hm....

My advise, download a program called AAA Logo, it's not large I think it's less than 50MB. It's not free so you'll have to Rapidshare it. It has virtually more than 50 000 images, templates for everything, signs, logos, samples etc (everything). So I don't advise that you waste time on Photoshop, a program that requires learning, constantly. Don't do it manually, do it automatically with - AAA Logo!

3) This site has each commandment listed with a number (1-10) that helps illustrate the commandment it goes with. For example No.4 is Keep the Sabbath Day Holy. It has a little blurb about the Jewish people went to temple, and then it has a picture of the number 4 next to a temple. These pictures can be printed out in color (like to hang on walls) or in black and white ... so that your child can color it in himself and better retain the information. Number 1 (have no other Gods) has a picture of a gold chest next to the No.1 This would give you a chance to have your child tell you what other things can be gods (make it relevant to them) and then they can draw a picture of those things next to the chest of gold and hang it on their wall (or whatever you want to do with them).
